Brisbane Festival 2014[1].jpgBrisbane-based Rumble Creative & Media has been fast out of the blocks in 2015, being appointed to take on creative duties for both Brisbane Festival and News Corp QLD’s Bridge to Brisbane.

Brisbane Festival is the city’s premier cultural event running throughout September, while Bridge to Brisbane is an institution, now in its 19th year.

Brisbane Festival marketing and communications director, Justin Grace said it was impossible to go past Rumble not only for the team’s proven experience in tourism and the arts, but for the strategy, ideas and collaboration they have already brought to the table: “Like us, they are passionate about this city and think on an international level,” he said.

Rumble was formed in 2014 by ex-Clemenger BBDO Brisbane trio, creative partners James Burchill and Nancy Hartley, and managing partner Remy Brassac. The team now sits at 20 with a growing client list that includes Hastings Deering Caterpillar, Gourmet Garden, RSL Care, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Cancer Council Queensland, Asia Pacific Group, and the launch of a major new resort, Elements of Byron.

Says Nicole Comerford, Partnership & Events marketing manager at Newscorp QLD: “It seems Rumble is not just a name, but an attitude. We’re looking forward to working together to bring a new dimension to what is already Queensland’s biggest charity fun run and community event.”
