In a new benchmark for property marketing in Australia, Theron will star in an impressive multimedia campaign created for Capitol Grand with the enticing tagline ‘Lead me into Temptation.’

She will also star in a short film shot by Oscar-winning Australian cinematographer Dion Beebe, featuring Capitol Grand and iconic imagery of Melbourne and South Yarra.

The residential aspect of Capitol Grand will comprise of a tower each on Toorak Road and Chapel Street, with the LK Tower offering apartments with 360 degree views of the city that will attract the most discerning buyers.

Residences will be complemented by a luxury retail precinct with the whole site footprint at approximately 5,500m2.

The entire development has been designed by award-winning architects Bates Smart who have created the towers to appear differently from every angle.

Kestelman and his team are undertaking an international retail roadshow canvassing multiple cities across Europe, Asia and the United States to attract international retailers who may be assessing an Australian market-entry.

Says Kestelman: “We are extremely confident of the retail interest in Australia. We are a very attractive market to international brands that are seeking a gateway to the Asia-Pacific region due to our stable regulatory and political environment, and we have an existing foundation in Australia of working with high-net worth Asian consumers.

“There is a gap in the Melbourne market of how we service high net-worth international visitors yet we are experiencing record visitor growth.

“Outside of the CBD, there is no integrated retail, dining and lifestyle destination that is accessible to international visitors – Chapel Street and Capitol Grand will be that

place.”

The total cost of the development is estimated to be in excess of $500 million and initial works will begin late this year. Construction is anticipated to be completed by end of 2017, with properties to be handed over in stages.

All residents will have access to luxurious facilities including a private open garden designed by award winning landscape gardener Jack Merlo, a 25m swimming pool, media and private dining rooms, spa treatment rooms and five-star gymnasium facilities.

Upper-level tower residents will have access to private facilities including a separate pool area incorporating 360 degree views of Melbourne. A full underground multi-car garaging space is available to those residents who have an array of luxury vehicles.
