The Precinct Studio’s Beto Prado and Fernanda Perez nominated in Anima Mundi Festival, Brazil
The Precinct Studio’s animation duo, Beto Prado and Fernanda Perez have picked up a nomination in the prestigious Anima Mundi Festival in Brazil for their recent work on Windsor’s Chips via IKON.
The animated video series tells the story of the Windsor Family in four carefully crafted spots using various techniques including cut-out style graphics, puppetry and 2D animation.
Says Henry Motteram, executive producer, The Precinct: “Brazil really is one of the world’s hotspots for creativity and animation so it’s great to see Australia being represented at such events. Beto and Nanda have always dazzled us with their interpretive style, nominations like this just help confirm what we’ve always known.”
The animated series was the only Australian entry to be shortlisted in this year’s Advertising Animated Award category.
