Creative Director and co-founder Drew Ridley praised Migliore’s contribution over the past two years since he joined from 303Lowe.

“SHED has continued to enjoy sustainable growth and ongoing business and creative success over the past twelve months, and both Andrew (Tinning) and I are grateful for the contribution that Rene has made towards that.”

Creative Director and co-founder Andrew Tinning said they would be looking for someone to fill the vacant position.

“With new campaign work set to launch over the coming months, and some very hot irons in the fire, it’s an exciting and busy time here in the SHED,” said Tinning. “While we have a great team in place to handle the workload, we are actively seeking a suitable replacement for Rene to help maintain the momentum, and be an integral part of our ongoing success.”

“We all wish Rene the very best and look forward to continuing our relationship and working closely together in the future.”

Migliore said he has had an amazing time at SHED over his two years at the agency. He wouldn’t be drawn on his next career step.

“We’ve managed to accomplish so much, in such a short space of time and I’m proud to have been a part of the ever-growing SHED legacy,” said Migliore.

“Now I have a great opportunity in a different role that will expand my skill-set, and after 15 years in the same or similar roles, it’s an exciting new chapter that I’m looking forward to beginning.”

Migliore joined SHED in July 2013 from 303Lowe, where he had been for 7 years. He started his career at The Shorter Group before joining The Brand Agency. He also worked for and three-and-a-half years in Melbourne.
