The multi-million dollar microbrewery, due to open May 2016, is the brainchild of charter fishing entrepreneurs Tony Fyfe and Craig Parsell.

For Rumble, it combines two of its greatest loves – tourism and craft beer.

Says Remy Brassac, managing partner, Rumble: “We’ve been very fortunate over the past 20 months to work with people of great vision. What Tony and Craig are creating in Port Douglas comes from a genuine passion for the place and for the craft of brewing. We’re really thrilled to be working with them to bring every aspect of the brand experience to life, from the identity and labels, to the stories behind each brew, to on-premise activations and all brand communications.”

The microbrewery forms a key part of Port Douglas’ Reef Marina expansion.

Says Fyfe: “As locals, we wanted to create a waterfront offering that has not yet been experienced in Port Douglas. We want Hemingway’s Brewery to become part of the Port Douglas story and for our beers to transport you to this slice of paradise we call home.”

The appointment caps off a busy second year for Rumble.

Brassac hints at more big things to come: “We’ve been deliberately and strategically tight-lipped as we’ve grown, but with new announcements and campaigns about to launch, it’s going to be an exciting ride to the end of the year.”
