PGACHAMPS2015_001.jpgThe PGA Championship, one of Australia’s biggest golf tournaments held at the RACV Royal Pines on the Gold Coast in December 2015, is launching with a new campaign via The Reactor.

The Reactor has been working with the PGA to give the tournament a fresh new look, showing the vast array of activities for more than just the golf enthusiasts at this huge three-day event.

PGACHAMPS2015_002.jpgThe PGA wanted to demonstrate that while the PGA Championship is an important event in the PGA tour calendar, it’s one that everyone can enjoy. They wanted to show how they have broadened their offering for 2015 by including lots of family friendly, dining and entertainment activitiesPGACHAMPS2015_003.jpg into the three days of this premier golf tournament.

Says Phil Childs, managing director, The Reactor: “The creative is very different to how golf events are often positioned.”

The “Where Everyone Plays” theme and vibrant imagery positions the PGA Championship as more than just a major golf tournament. It’s a place PGACHAMPS2015_004.jpgwhere the whole family can hang out, enjoy the Gold Coast sun while watching some of the greats play while also enjoying other event activities”

The campaign will run from October to December 2015 in outdoor, online, on-course and print.
