Says Allwood: “A lot of brands believe they are leading the way when it comes to CX, but we’re going to find out if that is the reality. The report reveals the true state of the CX market on either side of the Tasman. We will be examining just how well companies understand the customer journey, how CX budgets are being allocated and return on investment measured, and what the future holds for CX.”
