Moth Projects signs director Emma Tomelty

Moth Projects has announced the signing of director Emma Tomelty.

Tomelty’s background in dance, choreography and fashion give her a distinctive style in her directing work, especially when capturing movement and beauty.

Her work is recognisable for its vivid production design and graphic composition, a unique trait that has landed her a Triple J Award for Best Music Video and an ARIA nomination for Best Video.

Tomelty aspires to create an aesthetic that is conceptually original, visually dynamic and above all else, beautiful.

Says Jonathan Samway, EP, Moth Projects: “Its important to keep the industry fresh with young emerging talent and Emma fits the brief for this. In a short period of time, she’s covered a diverse range of projects and is developing a distinctive style to her work that we look forward to pushing further with her joining Moth.”
