With its sights set on an expansion of services and new geographical markets, WiTH Collective has announced a number of developments in the past three months – including the bolstering of its creative department with two internationally-acclaimed creative teams, and the establishment of a new content division.

Today, WiTH Collective has announced the promotion of Adam Parsons – a member of the agency’s senior management team, to the new position of general manager.

Says Justin Hind, CEO and co-founder, WiTH Collective: “Adam has been an integral part of the senior leadership team at WiTH for three years now, and has excelled at leading world-class account service delivery across the agency. This promotion recognises his success and leadership.”

Says Parsons: “I’m extremely honoured to take on this new role. This is such an exciting time for WiTH, and I look forward to this new chapter for the agency and the team.”

As part of the new management team line-up, Josh Sandford – one of the agency’s most senior suits, leading clients like Optus, Virgin Mobile and Pfizer – has also been promoted to the role of client services director.

Says Hind: “Josh is that rare mix of suit and strategist – he’s a classic diagonal thinker that in addition to delivering great work to his clients, he also is a critical thinker with an unrivalled ability to think laterally in terms of customer, data and experience.

“We couldn’t be more delighted with Josh and Adam helping drive the agency’s focus into 2017.”

Says Sandford: “I couldn’t be more proud to take on this role on behalf of WiTH. There’s so much to love about this agency and things are only getting better.”

The promotions follow a huge year for the agency, with its acquisition by global communications group, Dentsu Aegis Network in September 2016.

Parson and Sandford’s new roles are effective immediately.
