The two courses are part of the school’s Social Media boot camp but can be booked individually. The courses are taught in weekly sessions over ten weeks and will commence on 4 and 5 October.  Costs are $1,500 each or $2,500 for two-course package.

Martinez, originally from Buenos Aires has won several global awards with his creative

partner Nicolas Smith, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, London International Awards

and Effies.

Says Martinez: “It is a great initiative by Miami Ad School to teach a copywriting course dedicated to Social Media. Fully skilled social media talent is hard to find. Data analysis and strategy skills are important but sound, fresh copywriting and art direction skills will give these students the edge.”

Says Hwang: “I’m excited to join the Miami Ad School team. The two courses are designed to complement each other. Students will learn about creative problem solving processes in the Brand Story Writing course while the Creative Toolbox course will teach them up how to execute their ideas in a visually impactful way.”
