Tonic Health Media offers Sydney media agencies free yoga classes through its Tonic Flow initiative

Tonic Flow 3 (1).jpgTo celebrate these warm spring mornings and promote the benefits of exercising outside, Tonic Health Media has launched the next phase of its Healthy Living initiative, Tonic Flow. Tonic is offering FREE 45-minute morning stretch and flex sessions with Tonic ambassador, Eliza Huolohan from Divine Flow Yoga.

Tonic Flow kicks off with sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays around Sydney from Tuesday 17th October until Thursday 30th November.

The six-week program aims to support physical and mental health in the media industry, with classes combining yoga and pilates to leave you feeling centred, refreshed and energised for the working day ahead.

Tonic commercial director Jack Mortlock said Tonic Flow is the perfect way to kick-start the day.

Says Mortlock: “Not only is it a great initiative to get busy agency young guns moving before the day ahead, but exercising outside is a great habit to get into before the start of summer. The sessions will help put agency guys in a good frame of mind before for the upcoming Christmas period, which we know can get all kinds of stressful.

“We encourage anyone and everyone to get involved, not only because it’s free, but because the benefits will far outweigh the slightly early start.”

If peace of mind before the working day wasn’t incentive enough, H2coco will be providing coconut water to keep you hydrated all the way from downward dog to lotus position. Tonic will also be giving away free yoga towels because they know agency folk love a freebie.
