Y&R to lead Thrifty brand refresh; long-standing relationship with Avis Budget Group ends

Thrifty-logo.jpgBolstered by an increase in market share and new partnerships with Tesla, UBER, and the AFL, Thrifty has engaged Y&R Sydney to lead its brand refresh. The addition of Thrifty sees Y&R’s relationship with NRMA extend beyond Motoring and Services to now include Car Rental. 

 

Says Y&R Sydney managing director Sasha Firth: “This is an exciting time for Thrifty and we are looking forward to working with them to bring the brand to life. Unfortunately, this does mean that our long-standing relationship with the Avis Budget Group must come to an end. We have been proud of the work we have done to date and wish them well.”
