The first new face is Ruth Lynskey who joins as operations director. Lynskey has worked in digital and creative agencies across Australia and New Zealand for the past 13 years, including running her own digital shop. Lynskey’s first appointment was the hire of new offsider, Kim Tracey, in the role of operations coordinator.

Christie Luxton has been promoted to the role of associate creative director, with the backing of CDs, Marianne O’Brien and Cristian Staal.

Luxton has been with the agency for over three years and is already leading the way on key accounts including Weis and Department of Transport and Main Roads.

There’s also the new/old hire of Amee Wilson who previously worked in the Brisbane studio, and impressed with her digital capabilities, now joins as art director. Wilson has teamed up with her writer Shaun Conroy.

The last appointment is Alex Forrester joining in the role of planner. Forrester will work under the guidance of recently promoted strategy director, Erin Core. Forrester has made the move from a career in law to now make the case for smarter work in advertising.
