Copeland will be leading Reprise’s operations in Brisbane. He is formerly head of operations for the UK-based programmatic and high-impact display business Undertone. Prior to that he worked at performance marketing and partnerships business Tradedoubler.

Martinez has been appointed to lead major client portfolios in the Sydney agency and will also be a key collaborator with other IPG Mediabrands agencies UM and Initiative. She was previously integral to managing an SVOD start-up business and had broad duties including investor relations, as well as trade and brand partnerships. She has headed marketing communications at BlueScope Steel and previous agency experience at Mitchell Communications and GroupM.

Both Martinez and Copeland will report to Reprise’s head of Sydney and Brisbane operations, Richard Conway.

Says Conway: “Our two new senior executives have diverse backgrounds and extensive experience in delivering results at a business and individual level. Their capabilities will be of great benefit to our clients and agency teams.”

As well as its Sydney and Brisbane businesses, Reprise also has offices in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
