The Post Lounge GM Kurt Royan raises $10,000 at Dancing CEOs industry lunch held last week

Last Friday, May 4th May Kurt Royan, general manager of The Post Lounge, held an industry lunch to raise funds for Dancing CEOs – an event benefitting the charity organisation Womens Legal Service Queensland, which provides free legal support to women and children in domestic violence situations.

Sadly, for every woman who is currently helped by the service, another cannot be responded to, due to resource constraints. There is no way to know when these women will have the courage or the opportunity to try to call again, so raising funds for this essential service is of paramount importance to the community.

The elegant lunch and charity auction was held at Blackbird Bar & Grill on Eagle Street, with 70+ of Brisbane’s creatives coming together to support a great cause! In total, Royan raised almost $10,000 which will go directly towards his $15K goal.
