Finding your feet as a new entrant can be hard, but guidance from the best practitioners in the business can be the catalyst you need to steer your career in the right direction.

Youngblood’s invites emerging talent in account management to mingle and learn from the industry’s best at Youngbloods Speed Mentoring.

Where: Town Square, 145 High Street, Prahran hosted by Youngbloods Vic, The Communications Council and iPopulate.

Forty mentors will join 80 mentees at this inaugural Youngbloods Vic event representing agencies from across Melbourne. The line-up of mentors includes industry stars:

Youngbloods is about providing connection and opportunity for the fresh faces in Victoria’s creative industry, developing this event to give young suits a rare opportunity to get personal, frank advice from the stars in their field.

Says Spencer Ratliff, Youngbloods Vic co-chair and senior account manager at BWM Dentsu Melbourne: “I was lucky enough to attend a similar event run by the Communications Council in the early stages of my career in account management. The advice that I was given by the mentors really helped me make sense of the sometimes daunting world of advertising, plus it was heaps of fun!”

Youngbloods is an industry body for anyone working in creative communications who is yet to go grey (officially that’s people under 30).

This is a Communications Council members only event.
