Youngbloods is about providing connection and opportunity for the fresh faces in Victoria's creative industry, developing this event to give young suits a rare opportunity to get personal, frank advice from the stars in their field.

Says Spencer Ratliff, Youngbloods Vic co-chair and senior account manager at BWM Dentsu Melbourne: "I was lucky enough to attend a similar event run by the Communications Council in the early stages of my career in account management. The advice that I was given by the mentors really helped me make sense of the sometimes daunting world of advertising, plus it was heaps of fun!"

Youngbloods is an industry body for anyone working in creative communications who is yet to go grey (officially that's people under 30).

This is a Communications Council members only event.
