Jim Ingram’s Cannes Diary #2
Jim Ingram (left), co-founder and creative director at Thinkerbell, is representing Australia on the Cannes Direct Lions jury. Ingram, along with most of the other Australian and NZ jurors writes exclusively for CB.
Problem: Judging finished early today to determine our Direct Lions shortlist. Tomorrow we get punchy to sort the good stuff from the ordinary.
Solution: Spend the afternoon on the FCB yacht thanks to our enigmatic jury prez Susan Credle.
Idea: Meet an impressive collection of Australian and Kiwi adfolk to celebrate Cannes’ opening night and figure out how to get an even more impressive yacht for next year.
Results: Profit.
