Says Ashley Reid (pictured), chief executive, Cancer Council WA: “We’re excited to be working with Meerkats. Their thinking was fresh and we were impressed by the innovative approach they took to address our needs as a not-for-profit that goes above and beyond to use our funds in the most effective way. We look forward to working alongside them as we build on the success of our Lottery program in order to continue delivering our much-needed support services to West Australians affected by cancer, and fund vital research that will help achieve a cancer-free future.”

Says Melanie Wiese, chief strategy officer, Meerkats: “Meerkats and Cancer Council are a perfect fit with our purpose-led philosophy and vision to make change in the world through the work we do. Together we will work to raise much needed funds to fight cancer. I’m so proud of the Kats for their innovative thinking that helped win this important pitch.”
