IAG media lead Ros Allison joins IPG Mediabrands as head of performance

Screen Shot 2019-01-21 at 8.23.11 am.jpgIPG Mediabrands’ intelligence and investment division Magna has appointed Ros Allison as head of performance. Allison is currently media lead at IAG and has a 20-year career in the industry.

The tremendous experience Ros brings to Mediabrands and Magna will help evolve and accelerate all aspects of our Performance portfolio including accountability, quality assurance, reporting and benchmarking across all media channels.”

At IAG Allison has led all areas of media investment, strategy and media agency performance. Her career has covered senior level media agency experience across all areas of investment, major TV and digital deal negotiations and strategy.  She launched the programmatic trading desk for Publicis Groupe in Australia and New Zealand, led major agency deal negotiations at Publicis Media and has led large teams as head of digital and Sydney investment director for Zenith.  

She is also deeply engaged and connected with the industry, including as an AMAA (Audit Media Association of Australia) board director, a member of the 2018 Ad:Tech advisory board and MMS Programmatic council.  She has also contributed as a panelist at AdWeek talking about Digital Supply Chain transparency and at the AdNews Transparency summit.

She starts work at Magna on January 29.
