AirAsia encourages Aussies to escape in a new campaign featuring three spots via Publicis Mojo

The kind of holiday that Australians typically want from a trip to Asia is a short but relaxing escape from routine and the pressures of life and work.
Publicis Mojo has used this insight in a way that expresses AirAsia’s personality, allowing the brand to stand out in a typically conservative category.
In each scenario, the character finds a unique solution that is only achievable at one of AirAsia’s destinations.

The little bloke is magnetic. Great casting.
These are very, very good.
love it
These are great! Go figure…
Not funny. Creepy.
These are great, love the insight and they work really well.
These are bloody brilliant.
well cast but whats with the grade?
Awesome.
Hilarious. Credits please?
These ads are great! The baby cake is hilarious.
These are great. So what changed at Publicis? Oh, yeah that’s right, deadwood gone.
Despite all of the Mojo comments on the thread, they’re not that funny and to be honest it’s a tired strategy. I also agree with ‘my two cents’ what’s with the grade, somebody fire the art director!
I love these! The grade is all off though. Way too dark. What the heck happened there?
But I find these quite dull and uninspiring. They’re quirky and different and all but they don’t make me want to book a holiday…which I’m guessing is their objective? Maybe it’s the grade but they leave me feeling a bit depressed.
It’s amazing the difference some real brand karma makes
Made me laugh. Nice spots.
an airline with some balls
an agency with some talent
a director with some edge
nice
I think they’re great. Are they out of Brissie?
Love these spots. Refreshing ideas well executed.
Great casting.
These are really great, Air Asia sure knows how to represent themselves, I loved it!
