Bon Rurgundy stars in latest World’s Greatest Shave campaign via Paul Barkley Creative
For the second year running, Paul Barkley and Simon McGrath have delivered a multi platform campaign for the Leukaemia Foundation’s 2017 World’s Greatest Shave.
Says Susie Howard, general manager, brand and marketing, The Leukaemia Foundation: “With our ever expanding media mix, we needed a creative vehicle for the 2017 campaign that would deliver ‘bang for our buck’. Online is to play a much more prominent role this year so we briefed the guys on a robust digital campaign and several online video spots alongside our traditional 30sec TVCs.”
Says Barkley: “We needed a memorable character to stretch across a number of these channels in an effective way, while keeping within a set budget. Enter, 5 time Chinie Award winning anchor and all round awesome guy – Bon Rurgundy.”
This years campaign comprises of 12 unique spots across TV, catch-up and online, a multi faceted digital campaign, including social, native and mobile, display prospecting and retargeting alongside traditional comms such as print and posters.
