Republik snares Rentokil Pest Control Asia Pacific and picks up special projects in the UK

After a successful five-year relationship with Rentokil Initial NewZealand and their appointment to the Australian Pest Control business18 months ago, Freemans Bay Indie Republik has now strengthened itsrelationship with their appointment across the entire Asia Pacificregion, effective immediately.

Republik will be responsible for marketing strategy, creative development and media placement.

Says Rentokil Initial’s Asia Pacific marketing director SharminiMasilamani: “Republik have done an amazing job across our brands in NewZealand over the past five years and latterly Australia. Theycontinually show the bigger markets around the world how things shouldbe done, so it made perfect sense to broaden their responsibilitiesacross the APAC region. In addition, our global marketing team based inMaidenhead UK, have engaged Republik to develop creative, execute anddeploy a campaign to run across five separate European markets. This isa pilot programme and if successful, it will be rolled out acrossEurope as a whole. It is indeed exciting times for Republik.
