MediaMind transfers American Scott Ries from L.A. office for trans-Tasman creative head role

Ries joins the local team from MediaMind Los Angeles’s office where he was Creative Partnerships Manager for the past five years working on brands such as Warner Brothers, Universal Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Microsoft, Activision, VW and BMW.

 

Ries will lead MediaMind’s local creative support services team, partnering with creative and media agencies to build and execute effective digital advertising campaigns for brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Toyota, Vodafone, ING Direct, P&G, J&J, Unilever, Federal Government, IAG and Myer.

“Scott has an incredible track record in working with agencies to shape, produce and execute highly-targeted and effective rich media ads across the spectrum of digital platforms,” said Carolyn Bollaci, MediaMind’s Country Manager ANZ. “His experience means he knows intuitively what works and what doesn’t in the online space, which will be invaluable to our clients looking to lift the performance of their digital advertising spend.”

 

Before joining MediaMind (formerly Eyeblaster) in September 2006, Ries held senior design positions with SkillJam/FUN Technologies and Vivendi Universal.
