Vitasoy launches Good Habits iPhone app developed by Visual Jazz
Vitasoy has today launched Good Habits, an iPhone app developed by Visual Jazz to help people kick start a better lifestyle.
The free app covers food, exercise and general wellbeing, with features including:
A complete 28 day fitness program created by former Olympic athlete and Vitasoy ambassador Matt Shirvington
* A workout calendar that helps plan your exercise routines, including reminders
* A range of delicious recipes
* A shopping list builder to help make life a little easier
* A café finder which identifies where you can get a soy latte nearby
Says Vitasoy sales & marketing manager, Paul Chatfield: “The Vitasoy proposition is all about having a balanced lifestyle and Good Habits has been developed to help people achieve this.
More and more people are turning to soy, rice and oat milks as inclusions in their healthy lifestyle. Visual Jazz has done a great job of bringing the Good Habits concept to life, creating something that people can use throughout their day, whether they’re exercising, supermarket shopping or looking for a great soy latte.”
Good Habits is available now as a free download via Apple’s App Store online store.

This my friends is the future, feel free to get off at anytime!!!!
Sure it’s an app but it looks like crap.
So I presume every day starts with a recommendation to drink some Vitasoy.
Followed by some Vitasoy at lunch.
And Vitasoy to ‘get you through the day.’
And there’s nothing like Vitasoy before you go to bed.
Oh, and exercise.
They’re just so much more NOW than a brochure.
zzzzzz
great!
