* A workout calendar that helps plan your exercise routines, including reminders

* A range of delicious recipes

* A shopping list builder to help make life a little easier

* A café finder which identifies where you can get a soy latte nearby

Preplace two1.jpgreplace 3.jpgSays Vitasoy sales & marketing manager, Paul Chatfield: “The Vitasoy proposition is all about having a balanced lifestyle and Good Habits has been developed to help people achieve this.

More and more people are turning to soy, rice and oat milks as inclusions in their healthy lifestyle. Visual Jazz has done a great job of bringing the Good Habits concept to life, creating something that people can use throughout their day, whether they’re exercising, supermarket shopping or looking for a great soy latte.”

Good Habits is available now as a free download via Apple’s App Store online store.
