The second stage highlights the leadership and training opportunities offered by NZ Army.

“Our challenge was to continue to demonstrate the army as a place where recruits can achieve extraordinary things, while also showing it as a viable career option for those with the desire to lead and inspire others,” said the director of defence recruitment, Nigel Philpott.

The story expands online at defencecareers.mil.nz with behind-the-scenes footage of NZ Army officers sharing how their careers progressed including the training and support provided by the army along the way.

“The open and personal views of these soldiers are very powerful, says Saatchi ECD Antonio Navis.” And providing further depth online allows us to connect in a very real way with those considering a career in the NZ Army.”

“The Get What It Takes platform continues to resonate incredibly well with potential recruits,” said Saatchi Wellington GM Livia Esterhazy.
