Prince Nikolai Stroganoff III vs. Gareth Morgan – Mammoth Insulation in NZ launches keyword-targeted banner campaign via Sugar&Partners

| | No Comments

KNdHH.jpgSugar&Partners, Auckland and Mammoth Insulation have created a keyword-targeted banner placement, paring the banner ad with all stories on economist Gareth Morgan and Cats. Last week Morgan launched a controversial nationwide campaign to rid New Zealand of cats.

Says Damon O’Leary, S&P creative director: “It’s an instant success, we’ve already got a stack of enquiries and commentary on the Mammoth website.”

Along with insulation assessments, newsreaders are praising the lampooning of Morgan.

Says ‘Auckland’ commenter: “I just had to say what a BRILLIANT ad. Very well done to your marketing people!”

Says ‘Otorohanga’ commenter: “Thank you for such a lovely ad on tele, but a big thank you for your ad on the NZ Herald website…. lol….. Take that! Mr Morgan! You have made my day! Thanks!”

Says Dave Nash, S&P creative director: “Nikoli made a pretty controversial introduction on telly, so it’s only is right he’s stirring the pot online.”
