Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne lures Palace Sydney’s Nic Buckingham to senior AD role

CB Agency of the Year Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne has lured Campaign Palace Sydney creative Nic Buckingham to the agency as a senior art director, to be teamed with writer Nick Kelly.
Buckingham joined The Palace in February last year from Saatchi & Saatchi, Sydney to team with writer Hywel James (who was lured from Saatchi’s New Zealand in July the year prior).
Buckingham has spent most of his creative life at Saatchi’s Sydney starting out as the creative department craftsman with a particular interest in typography. After a stint at Team One, Los Angeles, he returned to Saatchi’s and merged his craft skills with his ideas and made the switch to art direction.

I thought anyone in the creative department at Clems had to have a title of Executive Creative Director of the Universe as just a starting point.

Why are creatives always either LURED or SNARED? Makes us sound like tasty but ultimately doomed fish.
