CB Camera at D&AD Awards in London

Here’s a few pics from D&AD in London taken by CB on Thursday night.

The top pic is Steve Back, the former ECD of Saatchi & Saatchi, Sydney, now ECD at Ogilvy Singapore, collecting a Yellow Pencil for Saatchi’s Toyota ‘Border Security – nothing soft gets in’ campaign. Later in the evening he collected another, for Ogilvy Singapore for their work in the Illustration for Press and Poster Advertising Category for Faber Castell’s ‘Self Portrait’ campaign.

The next pic down is Aussie expat Eric Quennoy, co ECD at Wieden + Kennedy, Amsterdam collecting the first of two Yellow Pencils for Nike’s ‘Write the Future’ campaign, which also won a few more Yellow Pencils in the Craft categories.

Another highlight for Australia was that Ryan Purcell and Alexandra Hickmott (bottom pic), students at RMIT in Melbourne, won a Yellow Pencil in the Student Awards for Copywriting.
