The “Dip Desperado” film for Doritos – via AMV BBDO in the UK, directed through Independent Film – was recognized at the British Arrow Awards (formerly the British Television Advertising Awards) with two craft arrows.

The “Ansiosos y Capuchon” commercial for 1882 Fernet – via Madre in Argentina, directed through Revolver/Ursula – won the Grand Prix at the Argentina Creative Circle Awards.

The video has accrued over 3.5 million views on YouTube alone – with numerous alternative versions being posted featuring other soundtracks.

This recent recognition adds to other successes for the creative collective from 2011. Namely contributing to the Cannes Grand Prix winning Break Up campaign for NAB – via Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne directed through Will O_Rourke – and receiving the Major Art Prize at the Sculpture by the Sea Festival in Denmark.

The Glue Society is currently supervising the creation of the Sydney Story Factory in Redfern and has just finished shooting its six-part sketch horror series, Watch with Mother. Both projects will be unveiling in early 2012.

For film commercial projects The Glue Society are represented by Revolver – and for ideas beyond film they are represented by Will O_Rourke.
