Anna Lohe joins The Works, Sydney as brand partner along with two new brand producers

The Works new staff.jpegThe Works, Sydney has appointed Anna Lohe as brand partner, bolstering its intellectual capabilities across channel planning, digital and direct, as well as two brand producers in Lindsey Carmichael and Andrew Ashton.

The hires come as the agency adds new clients and enjoys organic growth from existing clients.

Previously, Lohe was executive director ofMcCann Worldwide and headed up MRM in Australia – the agency’s direct anddigital division. Clients included Microsoft, AAPT, ALP, Intel, Jack Daniels,Kimberly Clark, Nestle, Bradford Insulation and Lego.

Douglas Nicol, partner at The Works, said Lohe will contribute significantly to the agency’scommunications strategy and integrated capabilities: “Anna has an excellent creative mind when it comes to ideas, as well as experience in very senior roles in both integrated and traditional above-the-line advertising,” Nicol said.

She has also worked in London for the highly awarded agency Billington Carnmell on Unilever’s Dove brand, and before that at George Patterson Bates, Sydney. 

New brand producer Carmichael has a decade experience in FMCG marketing and sales promotion, with a career including The Marketing Zoo, Sales Success and Creata Promotions. Carmichael will be the lead Brand Producer on Jim Beam and Navman. 

Also joining as brand producer, Ashton has a career in events and promotions, with companies including The Marketing Store, Promotion in Motion and Markson Sparks. Ashton will be Brand Producer on Jim Beam.
