ACCO Brands discovers artists with feeling in back-to-school campaign via ZOO Group Sydney
Following the success of last year’s ‘Let Your Feelings Show’ festival activation and social campaign, ACCO Brands is looking to build on the creative platform via an integrated campaign during the busy back to school period.
Created by ZOO Group Sydney, the latest campaign sees undiscovered Australian artists letting their feelings show by using illustrations created with Artline pens. The artworks are then showcased in near store OOH, online and on social media.
Says Paul Bruce, ECD and partner at ZOO Group Sydney: “No matter what your style or preference, it’s amazing what you can achieve with a blank piece of paper and an Artline pen. We hope to get young artists from around the country inspired as they head back to school.”
Says Adam Coey, senior brand manager, ACCO Brands: “After the success of last year’s campaign developed by ZOO Group Sydney, we are once again excited to work alongside our creative agency to discover Australia’s next generation of inspiring artists.”
The campaign also encourages consumers to ‘let their feelings show’ via an online competition, with the chance of their artwork being featured on a major advertising billboard

Crowdsourcing kid’s drawings for a pen company. That’s such a blinding leap of brilliance I lie prostrate at the genius of zoo.
