BWM Dentsu Melbourne appoints Romanca Jasinski in head of integrated production role
BWM Dentsu has today announced the appointment of Romanca Jasinski as head of integrated production, Melbourne.
Jasinski comes to BWM Dentsu following 11 years of leadership as executive producer at GPY&R in Melbourne, where she worked on award-winning campaigns including multiple Cannes Gold Lions for CUB, Schweppes, Defence Force and AFL to name a few.
Prior to her time at GPY&R, she headed up production at Y&R (pre-acquisition) for seven years and before that Grey, where she worked on many award-winning campaigns in its Transport Accident Commission heyday.
Jasinski’s appointment as head of integrated production will strengthen the skill set of the BWM Dentsu production team further, allowing for an integrated-heavy approach, setting in motion a four-year strategic growth plan to advance the agency in this competitive space.
Says Mark Watkin, managing director, BWM Dentsu Melbourne: “The role is an important step as the agency continually evolves how it produces and crafts work.
“With more than 20 years of experience in the Industry, Romanca has the skill and capacity to bring our production capability to the next level.”
Says Jasinski: “I am thrilled to join the BWM Dentsu team in Melbourne. I believe great production has always been integrated, so I look forward to joining this talented bunch and helping good creative ideas come to life, which I’ve always been passionate about. I can’t wait to help them get to the next level as a whole.”

True
They’re being descisive and assembling a team of the best. If you assemble a team of the best, you become the best. It’s not rocket surgery.
Ah, but the best are expensive. And by all accounts BWM are out of money. Particularly now with Kmart sniffing around. Oops, did I just say that?
WOW a true testament to the wonderful production team who’ve clearly pushed all boundaries to ensure BWM push out the highest quality work. Good luck.
Not surprised Kmart are sniffing, the recent work has been terrible.
I just spent 20 minutes in a Kmart queue.
Trust me, the ads are working.
