Cargo Crew wanted to get businesses thinking about their uniforms from a modern, customer experience perspective.

The Modern Uniform campaign taps into the ‘tech fear’ that businesses have of being left behind. The campaign focuses on corporate businesses, retail and hospitality, who have moved on from this old-school tech, but have missed upgrading their uniform.

Screen Shot 2018-09-04 at 8.34.55 am.jpgSays Felicity Rodgers, founder and creative director, Cargo Crew: “The old school technology was really interesting to source and photograph for the campaign. It brought back lots of memories, although some of the younger team members didn’t know what the credit card slider was! It was a real reminder of how quickly businesses have had to adapt and how important the instore experience is, starting with a Modern Uniform.”

The campaign includes:

• 6 weeks street posters Melbourne & Sydney. August – September

• Film run across website, social channels and digital advertising

• In conjunction with the film production and stills shoot for print media, Cargo Crew engaged YouGov Galaxy to conduct one of Australia’s only and most up to date uniform market research.
