CV Check - Tram (1).jpg303Lowe has launched the full national rollout of its campaign for CV Check.

Police and employment checks are increasingly becoming a necessary part of most job applications. Unfortunately, getting a check means either having to line up at a Post Office, or jumping on the police website and waiting up to two weeks to get it processed and verified.

CV Check - Bus Shelter (1).jpgTired of this out-dated, inconvenient and time-consuming system, Steve Carolan saw an opportunity to provide a modern solution. Together with his wife, Carolan started CVCheck – offering people an online service that could turn checks around in an hour, online.

Says Carolan: “We spoke with 303Lowe about working with us in building a long-term strategy and brand platform that reflected the planned evolution of the business and would help us help us achieve the growth we knew was possible.”

To kick things off, 303Lowe created an investor video and additional prospectus communications for the IPO, helping CVCheck to quickly raise $9.9 million in capital to help fund its expansion.

Says Al Taylor, group managing director, 303Lowe: “It’s been a truly collaborative process from the first strategic workshop – we’ve worked with Steve and Colin Boyan (CVCheck’s chief information officer) and the expanding CVCheck marketing team across everything, from repositioning the brand, right through to developing a communications strategy and campaign that will help them assert themselves as a market-leading challenger brand.”

Says Boyan: “We knew there was a genuine need for our services. However, the more we looked, the more we realised that the people we wanted to help just didn’t know about us or what we could do for them. 303Lowe saw the potential immediately and, with our IPO looming, they did an incredible job to overhaul our brand and deliver that message in a fun an creative way.”

The advertising campaign itself features a number of stages – the first of which is focused on raising awareness of CVCheck’s promise of ‘Police checks on demand, in an hour, online’.

The high profile campaign launched last week in outdoor, radio and online channels.

Says Richard Berney, creative director, 303Lowe: “We’re incredibly excited to be part of this process with CVCheck. It’s not every day a business comes to you with a product or service that genuinely revolutionises the category it operates in.”

Rollout of the first stage of the campaign will occur over the coming months.

CVCheck listed on the ASX on Tuesday 15 September and as of writing was trading at $0.615 – a 308% lift on the list price.
