When I first won a few awards, I displayed them proudly on my desk (after the agency removed them from the foyer), then I took them home. Won a few more and took them home quicker. After while I just took them home and then my wife wanted them out of the house so I stuck them in the garage. Eventually they ended up as old memories and no-one cared about them including me so I threw them out as part of a council clean up. They are not worth the cheap plastic and metal construction. They all become old ads, old plastic, old cheap metal. Just do great work that sells and move on. Remember, win the award, lose the client, lose your job.
