Grow up.
Let’s just fucking grow up as a business.
This is just crap.
Grow up? it’s an award call for entries campaign. Fuck off.
No you grow up.
Tell your Mum to grow up. Face!
No, seriously, fucking grow up.
Dear 3:04
I hate you and everything you stand for. I hope your car rolls over and catches fire. Then I hope you go to the hospital and get a tainted blood transfusion that causes you years of chronic pain. Then I hope you die and Ian gets your penis as a transplant (his is obviously quite small), but not your spleen, which is clearly filled with bile.
Grown up enough for you?
3:04- You’re either a client, or a suit, or a shit creative. Either way, you’re in the wrong business if you think this needs to ‘grow up’. 3.36 is right; Fuck off.
I know you’re not grown up, but what am I?
One thing is clear; Hans definitely had a bigger cock. Just saying.
Yeah, come on guys, let’s all grow up and do grown up advertising that 3:04 likes. But before we do it, let’s run it past 3:04 just to make sure it’s grown up enough. What an asshole.
I actually like this campaign, it’s funny, and it’s the first campaign that keeps the momentum going rather than just doing a poster and see you later. I do think that most people on this blog need to grow up though. You sound like a bunch of bogans hanging out at a train station. What ever happened to charm and wit?
Hahahahahah. I’m talking ‘grown up’ like don’t treat me like a fucking kid you stupid cocks. My sense of humour is extraordinarliy childish, but it does rely on stuff being childish AND funny, this isn’t funny.
As for you 4.28, that is really quite pathetic.
Carlton Draught, grow up for fucks sake.
VB, just fucking grow up.
Old Spice, seriously, fucking grow up will you?
All products that advertise, fucking grow up!
This is a serious business. Fucking grow up you lot.
Err, 5.06PM.
Who the fuck is Hans?
5.21PM you’re back tracking massively.
You said, ‘Let’s just fucking grow up as a business.’ not ‘This campaign isn’t funny’.
They’re two very different statements. Also, humor is totally subjective.
You don’t think this campaign is funny? Fine.
I, on the other hand, do. And as a call for entries it’s fucking interesting.
More memorable than getting a leaflet in the mail.
Get back to Mumbrella where you came from.
Also, you smell of wee.
And I had your mum.
I think it’s great.
Well produced, entertaining, just fucking great.
And I’m a grown up.
Sort of.
Holy shit 5.25! you really need to grow up if ur comparing VB, CD and Ian to Old Spice. Even comparing Ian to VB and CD is way out of line. Comparing VB to CD is an interesting conversation to be had but lets save that for another day.
Ian is an engaging and entertaining drip fed idea that has its purpose. Its good and funny and I like Ian…. he’s ugly as fuck but I’d still let him blow me.
Now all ya all go fuck yourselves!
Great work, Micah written all over it, no doubt Craig is loving the attention.
Embarrassing thread, all.
Micah written all over it?
I suspect it has Ian written all over it.
Brilliant campaign. Entertaining and damn funny. Great work!
Is part of growing up getting a job in the industry you studied and obsessed about for the better part of your 20’s but never got a job in?
Just sayin.
haha. I fucking love this shit.
Hey, grow up everybody, I’m just winding you up. Sucked in/off
If I crack a fat over this, does that mean I’m gay?
Wrong on both counts of crediting.
6.52PM
I wasn’t comparing these ads to each other. Just making a point about humor and piss taking in advertising and why the last thing we should do is grow up.
You’re right, Old Spice is in a league of it’s own as it’s a big idea that works in many channels. Carlton and VB are 30 second tv spots that, although funny, are ultimately nothing more than that.
