JWT Melbourne scores two D&AD Yellow Pencils for Melbourne Writers’ Festival ‘Wi-Fiction’; 303Lowe wins Yellow Pencil for Ikea ‘Rent’
JWT Melbourne has scored two Yellow Pencils in the Mobile Marketing category at D&AD for the Melbourne Writers’ Festival ‘Wi-Fiction’ campaign, while 303Lowe Sydney/Perth won a Yellow Pencil for the Ikea Catalogue ‘Rent’ campaign in the Direct category.
The Melbourne Writers’ Festival campaign scored its pencils in the Writing for Mobile category as well as the Mobile Campaign & Mobile Advertising category.

In Film Advertising Craft, Australia’s The Glue Society won a Yellow Pencil for Doritos ‘Dips Desperado’ for Direction. MJZ Los Angeles won a Yellow Pencil for Publicis Mojo, Sydney’s Hahn Super Dry ‘Super In. Super Out’ spot in the Production Design for Film Advertising category.
“This is a truly remarkable result for JWT Melbourne. To achieve the dizzy heights of winning a single D&AD Yellow Pencil is something many in the industry only dream of. To win two, is just extraordinary,” said JWT Melbourne Executive Creative Director Richard Muntz.
Clemenger BBDO, Wellington scored New Zealand’s sole Yellow Pencil for the NZ Transport Agency ‘Ghost Chips’ campaign in the Integrated & Earned Media category.

Ikea rent: good, but not that good. surprised it got a pencil. Mustn’t have been a lot of quality to choose from.
