Kelsey Grammer to be special guest at Radio Awards on the Gold Coast in October

Grammer, best-known for his two-decade portrayal of psychiatrist, Dr Frasier Crane in the sitcoms, Cheers and Frasier, will speak at the Radio Conference about the power of speech. He will also present an Award at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs).

This will be Grammer’s first visit to Australia.

The 2011 Australian Radio Conference will be held at Jupiters at the Gold Coast on October 14. The annual conference is a highlight for the Australian radio industry and has featured legendary keynote speakers over the past few years including Sir Michael Parkinson, Sir Bob Geldof, Clive James, Barry Humphries and one of the world’s funniest men, John Cleese.
