MercerBell wins Carnival Cruise Line
Australian customer experience agency MercerBell has announced it has won the pitch for the 2017 Carnival Cruise Line campaign.
MercerBell will be responsible for the development of a new campaign which is set to launch in July 2017 across TV, cinema, OOH, press and online.
Says David Bell, ECD, MercerBell: “The pitch process was highly collaborative and we are immensely proud and excited by the winning concept. We look forward to working closely with Carnival Cruise Line this year and delivering some fantastically creative work.”
Says Jayne Andrews, marketing director, Carnival Cruise Line: “MercerBell really understood our brand and audience. The concepts presented throughout the pitch were bang on and we can’t wait to see the winning route brought to life.”

Had the misfortune to work on this account in the past… up there with lion as the worst experience of my entire career… wonder if they’ve changed?
As soon as they’re not the newest client in an agency, they leave. To feel special again. Hate to say it but an absolute nightmare to work with.
Change agency every year? Host were actually the rostered agency for over 3 years and produced some great agency-led work during this time. And Orchard have been working with Carnival since the brand came to market 5 years ago.
