fountain.jpgLindauer’s first TVC in collaboration with Danish director William Stahl was brought to life with the launch of an installation, which saw the TVC suspended over a 4 metre high champagne fountain. Constructed from nearly 2000 champagne saucers, a hidden irrigation system cried real tears from the base of the two TV screens, flowing down to be captured within the fountain via DDB NZ and Mango Communications.

The tear jerker campaign featured during the 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty Style Weekend at the Cloud with over 2,500 glasses of Lindauer poured, it was the perfect opportunity for the 5,000 mostly female attendees to enjoy a drink together and share the toast ‘Here’s to us’.

The first TVC that aired is a play on the fact that as much as guys hate to admit it, they’re at a complete loss when they’re left home alone… they get bored, worried, do stupid things and just generally can’t cope when their loved one is on a Girls’ Night Out.

DDB NZ and Lindauer have also released their latest TVC part of its ‘Don’t Worry Boys’ campaign after conducting a ‘Girls Night Out Poll’ with Women’s Day magazine which revealed that men in New Zealand spend 3 times more nights out with their mates than women do with theirs.
