Palace lures Swinburne from DDB New Zealand

Matt-SWINBURNE-good-web.jpgAward-winning Kiwi creative Matt Swinburne has been signed by The Campaign Palace Sydney, lured from DDB New Zealand, Campaign Brief’s current NZ Agency of the Year.

 

Says Palace Sydney executive creative director, Cameron Hoelter: “Matt’s proven to be one of the best young talents in the region and we’re ecstatic to have him. I look forward to watching his star rise even further, just from much closer quarters.”

Swinburne started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi NZ where he spenthis first few months working out of the reception area. During hisfour-year stay at Saatchi he worked with a number of talented creativepeople including an Irishman, an Englishman, and a number of Kiwis andAussies. In 2007, Matt transferred to Saatchi’s New York office on abrief secondment. He has spent his last year at DDB in Auckland workingunder ECD Toby Talbot.

 

Along the way, Swinburne has bagged a clutch of AWARD pencils, Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio and Young Guns awards.
